Barre YogaThe barre is utilized to help deepen, stabilize, and create better alignment in a pose. A fusion of yoga, ballet, and barre make for a total body work out! Toning and lengthening the body from head to toe while also increasing your heart rate.

BarreThis upbeat, challenging class utilizes the ballet barre and focuses on sculpting and toning your entire body. We work the muscles to fatigue with small, controlled moves, then stretch them to strengthen and lengthen, building a dancers body. *Modifications will be offered for those new to this work out.

Sunrise YogaFind an energizing breath as your body moves through the series of yoga poses to naturally align the body as you calm the mind. Sunrise Yoga will refresh and rejuvenate the body while setting the tone for a wonderful day.
(seasonal) Vinyasa YogaTake it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breathe to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. Great class for both beginners and practitioners.
Slow Flow YogaTake it slow with this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. This practice links poses to breathe to reveal body awareness, inner strength, and easeful opening. Great class for both beginners and practitioners.
hot YogaA series of poses taught in a room heated 85+ degrees designed to detoxify and energize the body. Class will be finished with a cool lavender towel and quiet meditation. Be prepared to sweat!

Sculpt HIITHigh Intensity Interval Training- Involves alternating between strength/toning exercises and short (one minute) bursts of cardio. This upbeat class is efficient and effective- a major calorie burner!
Pilates SculpThis full body workout is based on Joseph Pilates’ classic mat work. You will learn how to find proper alignment as you progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body. Light weights, resistance bands, and magic circles are incorporated to further enhance the workout. This class will leave you feeling long, strong, and more connected to your core.
Cardio tone detoxThis class lasts for 75 minutes in an un-air conditioned room (80 degrees) to encourage detoxification, and weight loss. Each class includes dance cardio, arms (with and without weights), leg/glutes and Abdominal exercises. There will be few moves but high reps that results in lengthening and total body sculpting.
