PRENATAL MASSAGE
Massage during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness; it relieves
many discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and
swelling. Massage for pregnant women helps relax nervous tension which aids in better sleep
and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

PRENATAL YOGA
During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which can be a stress on you mentally and physically.
Prenatal yoga helps maintain a healthy mind and body during this exciting time. Practicing yoga increases
strength and flexibility, improves sleep, and also offers relief from lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel, and headaches.

POSTPARTUM YOGA & MASSAGE
Massage and Yoga continue to be a great tool for new moms. Unique postpartum benefits include hormone
regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep. Transitioning into life with a new baby while rewarding can be stressful.
We encourage our moms to continue with massage and/or yoga once cleared by your doctor.

MOMMY & ME YOGA
Get moving with your little one. Learn poses that allow you to play and practice together. Easy stretching and
strength building for Mom or Dad while also building body awareness and encouraging new movement for baby.
